Exchange Policy
For Non-Offer Products
- We offer an exchange policy if you notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please email us at return@waahjewellery.com with your order number or WhatsApp us at +91-9068006673.
- To initiate an exchange, you must return the product (earrings or necklace) to our address:
1108 First Floor, City K.G. School Street, Mallupura, Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh 251001
Ensure the product is in its original packing with bubble wrap and includes the invoice. The return must be completed within 7 days of delivery. - Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a coupon code equivalent to the product’s value within 5 days. You can use this coupon for future purchases at your convenience.
For Offer Products
- Offer products are not eligible for exchanges.
- Only damaged or missing products from the offer category will be replaced with the same design.

- For damaged products, we will arrange a pickup, and a replacement will be dispatched upon receiving the damaged item.

Refund Policy
- Refunds are provided in the form of a coupon code equivalent to the product’s value. This can be used for future purchases.
- Offer Products: Refunds are not applicable. Damaged products in the offer category will only be replaced with the same design.
- Approved refunds will be processed and credited with in 1- 2 business days
Defective and Damaged Items
- All products undergo thorough quality checks and secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- In the rare instance of a product being damaged during transit, notify us within 24 hours of delivery via email at return@waahjewellery.com or WhatsApp at +91-9068006673.
- Once the faulty item is returned to us, we will dispatch a replacement promptly.
